Audio, Speech and Language Processing Group at Northwestern Polytechnical University (ASLP@NPU) is affiliated with Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Speech and Image Information Processing (SAIIP). The ASLP group was founded in the year of 1995. The mission of the ASLP group is to foster interdisciplinary research and education in
a broad range of subjects within the disciplines of audio, speech and language processing. Currently, the research scope of the ASLP group includes human-computer speech communciation, speech and audio signal processing, audio-visual processing, multimedia content analysis and retrieval.
